During my time as Media and Communication Intern, I wrote press releases for Shelton State Community College that were published on the College’s website and adapted for use in their weekly emailed newsletter and social media captions. These releases highlighted campus events such as the Sixth Annual West Alabama Jazz Festival, the Run for Shelton State 5K, and other community-centered initiatives. Each piece adhered strictly to Shelton State’s Public Action Group (PAG) Style Guide to maintain consistency and brand integrity.
