Social Media
*All content presented is created in partnership with Shelton State Community College’s Media and Communication Department. During my internship with Shelton State’s Media and Communication Department, I created compelling social media content for various events. I also managed the College’s social media account during the week of March 24th–28th and composed a report analyzing the social media performance for that period.

Run For Shelton State 5K
I created a social media graphic to promote Shelton State’s 5K Race. This graphic highlights key event details to engage the local community. The race also served as a way for the College’s Cross Country teams to increase awareness. With bold visuals and clear messaging, the graphic aims to boost awareness, participation, and support for student-athletes.

Dual Enrollment Summer Registration
I designed a social media graphic to inform students and parents about Shelton State’s Dual Enrollment Summer Registration. The goal of the graphic is to encourage parents and students to register for Shelton State’s Dual Enrollment program.

Healthcare Exploration Camp 2025
I created a social media graphic to promote Shelton State’s Healthcare Exploration Camp 2025, aimed at students interested in medical careers. The design highlights camp dates and registration info to spark interest and drive engagement. Bright visuals and a professional layout were used to capture attention and reflect the exciting, hands-on learning experience the camp offers.
Social Media Analytics
Shelton State saw a strong increase of over 80 new followers in just one week, driven by engaging content and a consistent posting schedule. This growth was accompanied by a high rate of engagement, with a noticeable rise in post link clicks indicating strong audience interest. These trends highlight the impact of strategic content planning and regular activity in boosting both visibility and user interaction.
